Thank you for shopping with Allhers Swimwear! We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for our swimwear purchased through our website.
We accept returns and will issue a full refund for unworn and unwashed swimwear with hygiene liners intact in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
Defective product: If your swimwear arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., rips, tears, broken closures), we will gladly provide a full refund.
Wrong item: If you receive an incorrect size or color than what you ordered, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement of the correct item (subject to availability).
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
Swimwear that has been worn or washed: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for swimwear that has been worn or washed, even if it is still in its original packaging.
Swimwear without hygiene liners: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for swimwear without the original hygiene liners intact.
Swimwear purchased outside the 7-day return window: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for swimwear purchased outside the 7-day window.
Items on sale or clearance: All sales and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team by email at shopallhers@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Please provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for your return, and photos of any defects (if applicable).
Once we receive your request and confirm eligibility, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive the returned swimwear in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The customer should initiate the return within seven days of the product delivery.
- Customers should not use the product and keep the price tag intact.
- Shopallhers.com will not accept the return without the Invoice.
- To initiate the return, email ‘shopallhers@gmail.com’ within 7days of the product delivery.
- In case of online payment using a credit/debit card, the refund will be made within ten days to the used Credit/debit card.
- In case of payment mode Cash on Delivery, Shopallhers.com will refund the amount only to Banks account/UPI, email the details of your bank account/UPI to shopallhers@gmail.com.
- If you want the refund to your bank account, please provide your Full Name (As per the bank record), Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch Name.
- If you want the refund to your UPI, please provide the UPI Id and linked phone number.
- Shopallhers.com shall not accept the return or refund requests for innerwear for hygiene purposes.
Please note:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
We encourage you to try on your swimwear over undergarments for size and fit before removing the hygiene liners. If you have any questions about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
